Prices are per person, from, for the 2026 to 2027 season. Per day is a comparison aid, not how the trip is billed. Every itinerary is tailor-made and quoted individually.
The surface is manageable and the scenery is the reason you came, but the wind on the southern steppe runs hard enough to move a loaded bike across a lane, and it does it for hours. That is why the riding here concentrates in the lake district, where the road is sheltered and paved, rather than on the famous empty stretches further south.
North of Bariloche the road is paved, the distances are short and the forest breaks the wind. Both trips on this page work from here, and so does almost every rider who comes back a second time.
Sheltered and paved
Below Perito Moreno the road turns to ripio in places and fuel can be two hundred kilometres apart. It is ridable and people do it, but it needs support and a schedule with slack, not a fixed itinerary.
Built to order
The Andean passes here are straightforward in summer, but a hired bike needs the right permit to leave the country and that has to be arranged in advance. The six-day trip includes it; a rental you organise yourself often does not.
Check the permit
The country-wide view is at Argentina motorcycle tours, the same roads on four wheels at Patagonia road trips, and the Seven Lakes in detail at Bariloche road trips.

Every quote we send lists this in writing, trip by trip. As a rule, this is how a Patagonia package is built.
Hotels selected and checked by our team; private transfers between airports, hotels and excursions; excursions with English-speaking local guides; entrance fees to Los Glaciares and Tierra del Fuego national parks; daily breakfast and the meals marked day by day; a local WhatsApp support line for the whole trip.
International flights to and from Argentina; travel insurance; meals not marked in the itinerary; personal expenses and gratuities; optional activities, which we price in writing beforehand. Domestic flights inside Patagonia are quoted separately or included depending on the package, and your quote states which, with the amount, so the total is clear before you book.
Patagonian wind changes plans, and we plan for it. Every key day has a same-region backup: if the wind closes the glacier boat, you see Perito Moreno from the walkways instead; if the Fitz Roy viewpoint is in cloud, we swap days inside your itinerary. Wherever the schedule allows, we rebook the highlight inside your trip at no extra cost.
