There Are No All-Inclusive Resorts in Patagonia

If you are picturing a resort with a wristband, that is not what all-inclusive means in Patagonia. Here it means something more useful: the parts that normally turn up as surprises are already in the price.

Included

The internal flights

This is the one that matters. Buenos Aires to El Calafate, El Calafate to Ushuaia: two or three domestic flights that can add well over a thousand euros if you book them late and separately.

The hidden cost of a Patagonia trip

Included

Transfers and park entries

Every airport transfer, every excursion pick-up, and the entrance fees to Los Glaciares, Tierra del Fuego and Torres del Paine , which are otherwise paid in cash at the gate.

Where trips lose half a morning

Included

Meals, marked day by day

Breakfast every day, plus the lunches and dinners the itinerary specifies, including the road days where there is simply nowhere to stop.

Not a buffet: a written list

Not included

Said upfront

International flights, travel insurance, the meals not marked, and optional activities, which we price in writing before you decide.

No surprises at the desk

Why Book an All Inclusive Patagonia Vacation?

Patagonia is among the world’s most logistically complex travel destinations. Distances are vast, domestic flight connections are limited, and popular accommodations sell out months in advance. Here is why travelers consistently choose our all inclusive approach:

  • One price, zero surprises: no hidden park fees, meal costs, or transfer charges
  • Expert local knowledge, our guides have spent years in Patagonia and know the trails, wildlife patterns, and weather windows that make the difference
  • Accommodation secured, we hold allocations at the best lodges in peak season when independent travelers find nothing available
  • Flexible departures, private and semi-private options available year-round

Suitable for all fitness levels, we match excursion intensity to your group’s abilities

Best Time for an All Inclusive Patagonia Trip

Our all inclusive Patagonia tours operate year-round, with different highlights each season:

  • November: Spring wildflowers, mild temperatures, fewer crowds. Excellent photography conditions.
  • December to February: Peak summer. All trails and activities at full capacity. Long daylight hours.
  • March to April: Autumn foliage colors the steppe gold and red. Quieter trails, lower pricing.
  • June to August: Winter Patagonia. Bariloche ski season. Dramatic landscapes, uncrowded lodges.

Not sure when to go? Our team will advise the best window based on your interests, trekking, wildlife, photography, or relaxation.

Patagonia All Inclusive holiday FAQ's

Our all-inclusive packages cover a wide range of services, including accommodations, meals, guided tours, and transportation within the Patagonian region. Each package may vary, so it's essential to review the specific inclusions detailed in your chosen package.

Yes, many of our all-inclusive packages are customizable to cater to your preferences and interests. You can often add specific activities or experiences to your package to create a personalized itinerary. Contact our team to discuss customization options.

The best time to visit Patagonia depends on your interests. For trekking and outdoor activities, the Southern Hemisphere's summer season (November to March) is ideal. However, Patagonia's beauty and wildlife are accessible year-round, so it's possible to enjoy an all-inclusive package at any time.

Yes, our all-inclusive packages are designed to accommodate solo travelers, couples, and families alike. We offer a variety of accommodations and activities suitable for different group sizes and compositions.

International flights are typically not included in our all-inclusive packages. However, our packages often include domestic flights or transportation within the Patagonian region. Please check the specific package details for transportation inclusions and consult with our team for assistance with international flights.

Yes. Our all inclusive packages are designed for all fitness levels. In addition to trekking options, we include scenic boat cruises, wildlife drives, photography excursions, and cultural visits. We also offer dedicated all inclusive Patagonia tours for senior travelers with comfort-first itineraries.

We recommend booking 4 to 6 months in advance for peak season (November to February) as our preferred lodges sell out quickly. For March to October departures, 2 to 3 months is usually sufficient. Last-minute availability occasionally exists, contact us to check.

Argentine Patagonia is one of South America's safest regions for international travelers. Our all inclusive tours include comprehensive travel insurance, emergency protocols, and 24/7 local support. Our guides are certified in wilderness first aid for remote trekking days.

No, and it is worth saying plainly. Patagonia has lodges, estancias and hotels, but not resorts with a wristband and an open bar. What all-inclusive means here is that the internal flights, the transfers, the park entries and the meals marked in the itinerary are already in the price you are quoted.

On the trips on this page, yes, and your quote lists them with their amount so you can see what that leg costs. It is the line that surprises people most: a Patagonia route needs two or three domestic flights, and booked late and separately they can add well over a thousand euros per person.

International flights to and from Argentina, travel insurance, the meals that are not marked in the day-by-day itinerary, personal expenses and gratuities, and the optional activities, which we price in writing beforehand. Your quote states the final amount.

Yes. All-inclusive here does not mean a closed package: it means everything agreed is already paid for. If you want an extra night in El Calafate or to swap an excursion, we requote the difference in writing before changing anything.

What Your Patagonia Trip Includes

Every quote we send lists this in writing, trip by trip. As a rule, this is how a Patagonia package is built.

Included

In every package

Hotels selected and checked by our team; private transfers between airports, hotels and excursions; excursions with English-speaking local guides; entrance fees to Los Glaciares and Tierra del Fuego national parks; daily breakfast and the meals marked day by day; a local WhatsApp support line for the whole trip.

Not included

Said upfront

International flights to and from Argentina; travel insurance; meals not marked in the itinerary; personal expenses and gratuities; optional activities, which we price in writing beforehand. Domestic flights inside Patagonia are quoted separately or included depending on the package, and your quote states which, with the amount, so the total is clear before you book.

If the weather closes a trail, the day is not lost

Patagonian wind changes plans, and we plan for it. Every key day has a same-region backup: if the wind closes the glacier boat, you see Perito Moreno from the walkways instead; if the Fitz Roy viewpoint is in cloud, we swap days inside your itinerary. Wherever the schedule allows, we rebook the highlight inside your trip at no extra cost.

Tell us when you can travel. We will build the route.
