Prices are per person, from, for the 2026 to 2027 season. Per day is a comparison aid, not how the trip is billed. Every itinerary is tailor-made and quoted individually.
El Chaltén, El Calafate and Puerto Natales are small towns with a short season, and their good lodges fill early. Travelling together turns that from a detail into the thing that shapes the itinerary: the beds, the vehicle and the internal flights all have to line up before anyone talks about which walk to do on Tuesday.
Rooms in the southern towns are committed months ahead, and the good ones go first. A party travelling together needs them held at the same time in the same place, which is the single hardest part of planning and the reason these trips are quoted rather than listed.
Months, not weeks
These are departures for one party on its own dates. That means the pace belongs to you and so does the cost, which is the trade every private trip makes and is worth being clear about up front.
Your dates, your pace
Any group that travels together has someone who wants the long walk and someone who does not. The itineraries that work best leave two or three days where the party splits and meets again for dinner, so everyone gets the day they wanted.
Plan the fork in advance
The walking those days are built on is at Patagonia hiking and trekking, the private version at private Patagonia tours, and the region in full at Patagonia tours.

Every quote we send lists this in writing, trip by trip. As a rule, this is how a Patagonia package is built.
Hotels selected and checked by our team; private transfers between airports, hotels and excursions; excursions with English-speaking local guides; entrance fees to Los Glaciares and Tierra del Fuego national parks; daily breakfast and the meals marked day by day; a local WhatsApp support line for the whole trip.
International flights to and from Argentina; travel insurance; meals not marked in the itinerary; personal expenses and gratuities; optional activities, which we price in writing beforehand. Domestic flights inside Patagonia are quoted separately or included depending on the package, and your quote states which, with the amount, so the total is clear before you book.
Patagonian wind changes plans, and we plan for it. Every key day has a same-region backup: if the wind closes the glacier boat, you see Perito Moreno from the walkways instead; if the Fitz Roy viewpoint is in cloud, we swap days inside your itinerary. Wherever the schedule allows, we rebook the highlight inside your trip at no extra cost.
