The winery restaurants, Zuccardi and Ruca Malen among them, take reservations weeks ahead and set a seating time. We book the table first and choose the morning visits around it, rather than the other way round.

Add the fact that the driving has to stop after the second tasting, and the pieces stop fitting together on their own.
