When you take the wineries tour in Luján de Cuyo you will visit the Cradle of Malbec. Luján is recognized as one of the best wine regions in Argentina. It is part of the Wine Route and invites you to visit beautiful landscapes of vineyards at the foot of the Andes and on the banks of the Mendoza River.
You also have the option to make your excursion to wineries in Maipú, the first wine-growing area of the province. Ancient vineyards, fruit and olive groves are part of the natural landscape of this region, guarded by the majestic Andes Mountains.
In this wine tour we will visit three wineries and vineyards. In the first two wineries, walking through their facilities we will learn about the winemaking process: from how the plant is cultivated in the vineyard to produce the best grapes, until the final product is obtained. We will also visit the cellars or aging rooms to finish with a tasting in each one of them. Under the guidance of a guide, we will share each of the steps to taste a great glass where the wine can be appreciated with all the senses.
Finally, we will move to the third winery where, surrounded by a beautiful environment and the majestic Andes Mountains in the distance, we will enjoy a traditional step paired lunch with exquisite malbecs from the region.
