Prices are per person, from, for the 2026 to 2027 season. Per day is a comparison aid, not how the trip is billed. Every itinerary is tailor-made and quoted individually.
Day one is arrival, day two is Perito Moreno and that is settled before you land. The third day is the only one you actually choose, and the options are genuinely different: a boat to glaciers with no road access, a day on the steppe, or the long round trip to El Chaltén that leaves at six and comes back after dark.
A full day sailing north on Lago Argentino to faces that can only be reached by water, past icebergs the boat has to navigate around. It is the option people are most surprised by, because it is a completely different scale from the balconies.
Bigger than the famous one
Half an hour out of town the land opens into sheep country, with working ranches that take visitors and lake shores where the fossil beds are exposed. Quiet, cheap and nothing like the glacier day.
Where the crowds are not
Three hours each way on a good road, with four or five hours there. It is enough to walk to a viewpoint and no more. If Fitz Roy matters to you, it deserves a night rather than a day trip.
Better as an overnight
The four-day version is at 4 days in El Calafate, the walking village at 3 days in El Chaltén, and the glacier at Perito Moreno glacier.

International flights to and from Argentina; travel insurance; meals not marked in the itinerary; personal expenses and gratuities; optional activities, which we price in writing beforehand. Domestic flights inside Patagonia are quoted separately or included depending on the package, and your quote states which, with the amount, so the total is clear before you book.
Patagonian wind changes plans, and we plan for it. Every key day has a same-region backup: if the wind closes the glacier boat, you see Perito Moreno from the walkways instead; if the Fitz Roy viewpoint is in cloud, we swap days inside your itinerary. Wherever the schedule allows, we rebook the highlight inside your trip at no extra cost.
