In the Andes you climb for hours to get above the forest. In Tierra del Fuego you do it in one. The beech gives out low, the peat bog starts, and then it is bare rock with the channel behind you and Chile on the other side. Nothing here is a long day and almost everything is a complete one.
Two hours up through forest and peat to a green glacial lake under the Ojo del Albino. It is muddy in almost any weather, boots are not optional, and it is the best short walk in the region.
Four hours, and mud
Eight kilometres of shoreline path between Ensenada and Lapataia, flat, sheltered and with the water beside you the whole way. It is the walk for a day when the mountain is in cloud.
Flat, and always possible
The valley behind Ushuaia climbs to a small remnant glacier with the whole channel below it. It starts at the edge of the city, so it is the one to do on an afternoon that opened up unexpectedly.

The Buenos Aires to Ushuaia flight is quoted separately or included depending on the package, and your quote states which, with the amount, so the total is clear before you book.
Ushuaia weather turns quickly, and the Beagle Channel sailings depend on it. If the port holds a departure, we move the sailing to the next clear slot inside your stay and bring the Tierra del Fuego park day or the Martial Glacier walk forward instead. Wherever the schedule allows, we rebook the highlight inside your trip at no extra cost.
