An all inclusive South America vacation is not a resort with a wristband. It is a trip where the parts that are hard to arrange from home are already settled: the flights between countries, the ground transfers on both sides of each border, the park and site entries in each currency, and the meals that fall on the days you are moving.

What all inclusive covers when a trip crosses borders

Inside one country, all inclusive is mostly hotels, transfers, and meals. Across three, the value sits in a different set of items, and these are the ones we quote in writing before you decide.

Flights

The ones between countries

Lima to Buenos Aires, Santiago to Calama, Buenos Aires to Rio. These are the sectors that are easiest to book badly from home. On these routes they are quoted inside the trip price, with the connection times chosen rather than accepted.

The flight count and the times are on the quote.

Entries

Permits and anything with a quota

Machu Picchu works on a dated permit, the Iguazu parks charge separately on each side, and Torres del Paine sells entry by the day. Where a route includes them, they are bought in advance and shown in the itinerary with the date attached.

Bought when the trip is confirmed, not on arrival.

Meals

On the days you are moving

Full board on the days a trip spends between two places, and breakfast plus one main meal on city days. Which meals fall where is written into the itinerary, so the days you pay for yourself are the ones you chose to.

Written into the day plan before you book.

For a trip that stays inside one country, Argentina all inclusive vacation packages covers the national routes and Patagonia all inclusive the far south. If the priority is the pace rather than the paperwork, South America tours for seniors orders the same routes by how much altitude each one asks of you.

Why book an all inclusive South America trip

A trip that visits three countries is really three trips that have to line up. Each has its own domestic airline, its own park system, and its own way of selling entries. Booked separately, a single moved flight can leave a night in the wrong city and a permit that no longer matches the date. Booking the route as one package means a single operator holds every reservation and rebuilds the chain when something moves, which on this continent it occasionally does.

Best time for an all inclusive South America holiday

Our all inclusive South America itineraries run year-round, and the season depends on where the route spends most of its time.

  • December to March: the far south is at its warmest and the Patagonian circuits are fully open.
  • April to October: the Andean north is dry, which suits Cusco, the Colca Valley, and Uyuni.
  • May to September: Rio and Iguazu are cooler and less humid, and the waterfalls still run high.

For routes that cross from the tropics to Patagonia, October, November, and March tend to work in every section at once.

All inclusive South America vacations FAQ

Accommodation, the flights between countries and between regions, private transfers, the guided excursions named in the itinerary, the park and site entries, and the meals marked on each day. The itinerary states which meals are included and which are not.

Trips. The itineraries move between cities and regions and use hotels chosen for their location, not a single resort with a wristband. If you are looking for one property with everything on site, these are not that.

No. The price covers the flights inside South America. We are happy to advise on the long-haul routing so it connects with the first day, and we hold the itinerary until you have it booked.

On travel days, yes: full board. On city days it is breakfast plus one main meal, so the evenings stay yours. Each day of the itinerary says which.

Water and soft drinks at included meals. Wine is included at the winery lunches and at the tastings named in the itinerary. Bar bills at the hotel are settled by you.

Yes, on the routes that visit it, along with the train. It works on a dated permit with a daily quota, so it is bought as soon as the trip is confirmed and the date appears on your itinerary.

Not included, and not expected. If you want a guideline we will give you one for each country, because the custom is different in Peru, Argentina, and Brazil.

Yes. These are private itineraries, so hotels can move up or down a category, an excursion can be swapped, and meals can be taken out. The quote is rebuilt and shown to you before anything is confirmed.

Private. The vehicle, the guide, and the schedule are for your party alone. Some park activities such as the Uyuni crossing are run in small shared groups, and the itinerary marks those.

International flights to and from South America, travel insurance, visas, tips, laundry, and anything bought outside the itinerary. It is listed in full on each trip page.

A deposit to confirm and hold the dated items such as permits and internal flights, and the balance before departure. The amounts and dates are in the written quote.

Six to nine months for December to March and for anything including Machu Picchu or Uyuni. Four months is usually enough outside those windows.

What Your Argentina Trip Includes

Every quote we send lists this in writing, trip by trip. As a rule, this is how an Argentina package is built.

Included

In every package

Hotels selected and checked by our team; private transfers between airports, hotels and excursions; excursions with English-speaking local guides; entrance fees to the national parks listed in your itinerary; daily breakfast and the meals marked day by day; a local WhatsApp support line for the whole trip.

Not included

Said upfront

International flights to and from Argentina; travel insurance; meals not marked in the itinerary; personal expenses and gratuities; optional activities, which we price in writing beforehand. Domestic flights between regions are quoted separately or included depending on the package, and your quote states which, with the amount. Argentina is a long country and these flights matter to the total, so we never leave them implied.

One closed day does not undo a route

Argentina runs four thousand kilometres from north to south, so weather is always local. When a storm holds a boat in Patagonia or rain cuts a road in the northwest, we move that visit inside your itinerary and bring forward whatever works that day. Wherever the schedule allows, we rebook the highlight inside your trip at no extra cost.

Tell us when you can travel. We will build the route.
