Itinerary

<span>Day 1</span>Buenos Aires, Argentina

Welcome to Buenos Aires, the cultural heart of Argentina! Upon arrival, your local guide will welcome you and take you to your boutique hotel in the Palermo neighborhood, where gourmet restaurants and cafés are located. Take the rest of the afternoon to relax or begin exploring the colorful culture of this city.
In the evening your local guide will take you to one of the most famous closed door restaurants known as Casa Coupage. It is a unique space where you can discover & interpret wine paired with delicious Argentinian modern food in a truly personal atmosphere. Dinner is held in a charming dining room of a late 19th century house. Seasonal first and main courses are each accompanied with a specially selected wine, allowing for both a comparative wine tasting and an optimal food pairing. The sommelier of the house guide the experience and provides background information regarding the specific terroir, variety of grape, and winemaker.

<span>Day 2</span>Buenos Aires: City Tour food tasting oriented (Half Day)

Have you ever “tasted” a city? Today, you will discover the flavors and rhythm of Buenos Aires. Our walk begins on Avenida Corrientes, the Broadway of Buenos Aires, full of theaters, cinemas and bookshops. Savor its Spanish and Italian heritage in emblematic pizzerias (you’ll beat the lunch rush at famous pizzería Guerrin) and mingle with locals in historical cafes. You’ll visit one of the historic neighborhoods of Buenos Aires: San Telmo! Get a taste of Argentine architecture too! The tour shows the gastronomy and architecture of the area, in an active way. Learn about the great Spanish and Italian influence that Argentina has inherited after its great migratory waves from 1850-950. Never has a city tasted so good before.
During the tour, we will have the opportunity to taste some traditional Argentinian snacks, the famous dulce de leche, stop for a delicious “choripan” or for a “milanesa sándwich” in the middle of the tour, we will also try a “cafecito porteño” during the visit to the historic café-bar.

<span>Day 3</span>Buenos Aires: Gaucho day visit (Full Day)

Today you will be picked up from your hotel to enjoy an authentic day in the countryside at an exclusive estancia in San Antonio de Areco. Argentina is worldwide famous for its football players but also for the vastness of its green-tinted fields best known as La Pampa. That endless land at the edge of the horizon is still home to the descendants of first gauchos (Argentine cowboys) who care and work the land as their ancestors taught them to. Once there, you will enjoy a typical asado (barbecue) before a detox horseback riding in nature or a relaxing bike ride. This day, your guide will also explain to you all secrets about the traditional South American drink, the mate. At the end of the day, you will be driven to your hotel.

<span>Day 4</span>Buenos Aires - Uruguay: Colonia & Carmelo (Full Day)

Today you will be picked up at your accommodations in the morning and taken to the Ferry Terminal to embark on the approximately 1-hour ferry ride to Colonia, Uruguay. Upon arrival you will start a guided exploration of the Old City. Colonia del Sacramento, the oldest city in the country, recently declared World Heritage by UNESCO.
The past can still be felt, in the city’s cobblestone streets and stone walls. Colonia complements its archaeological values with natural beauty. After an exquisite three-course lunch delivered by El Charco’s renowned chef while overlooking the river, you will head towards Carmelo.
Along the way, you will be able to appreciate the region’s fertile fields, ideal for agriculture and livestock production. After acquiring a bit more knowledge on the rich history of this region, we will visit Narbona Lodge for a wine & cheese tasting at the cellar to try the local and renowned grape variety Tannat. At the end of this experience you will be transferred to the port to take your ferry back to Buenos Aires.
Upon arrival in Buenos Aires port you will be transferred to your selected hotel.

<span>Day 5</span>Buenos Aires - Mendoza

This day you will take your flight to Mendoza, the land of wine. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your charming hotel, Finca Adalgisa (or similar).

Experience Enriching Moments: Excursion to a local artist´s home and artist studio. In this time of introspection, we've pondered our passions and what truly brings us joy and meaning. Amid comfort food, observation, music, reading, and art, we invite you to discover Argentine artists who resonate with us. Sergio Roggerone, a self-taught painter hailing from Mendoza, captivates with unique techniques like feather art and collage using antique items. He paints religious themes, plants as well as vintage and wine themes, related to his beloved province of Mendoza. Since 2010, the permanent exhibition of painting and sculpture in la Alboroza, the art gallery of the artist's hotel house, has been open to the public.
In the evening, you will be driven to Kaiken Wines from Argentina. The menu evolves by season, in tune with nature and local ingredients. The experience begins with a reception featuring a refreshing welcome beverage. Following that, we'll take a leisurely stroll through our hundred-year-old vineyards, where we'll share the captivating story of our heritage. When the time is right, we'll proceed to the cellar, concluding the journey in our exclusive Cava del Ángel. To cap off the tour, you'll have the opportunity to savor three of our standout wines—Ultra, Indómito, and Disobedience—in a breathtakingly beautiful setting.

<span>Day 6</span>Uco Valley North & Cooking class immersion (Full Day)

Today we will visit the Valle de Uco region, where we will explore Argentina’s famous wine road; stopping for visits to some of the most important wineries in the region. Accompanied by expert guides we will learn about the production facilities, the different styles of wine-making, the gastronomy and we will also enjoy an unforgettable cooking experience, where you will learn about Argentine cuisine and how to prepare a tasty empanada to culmine the experience with a delicious lunch in a local vineyard. At the end of the day you will be driven back to your hotel.

<span>Day 7</span>Mendoza: Horseback riding or hike with outdoor lunch and toast (Full Day)

Join us on an exclusive countryside tour at Estancia Andina San Ignacio, just 16 km from downtown Mendoza, nestled in the Andean foothills. Starting mid-morning, we'll explore El Challao, learning about biodiversity, Mendoza's climate, and local history. Upon reaching the estancia, enjoy warm pancakes and mate amidst the fresh mountain air. Take a leisurely stroll, observe local animals, and delve into regenerative tourism. Choose between horseback riding or trekking in the mountains, discovering native fauna and flora. After connecting with nature, savor a Creole lunch cooked over flames, learning regional cooking techniques. Indulge in an Argentine asado with organic vegetable salads and Mendoza wines, toasting to an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by mountains, bid farewell to Estancia San Ignacio, ensuring you don't miss exploring Mendoza's beautiful natural heritage.
