Subsequently, you'll access a shelter where guides will organize groups of up to 20 people. Shortly after, a forest hike commences, leading to the glacier. Before stepping onto the ice, guides will fit crampons onto your shoes. The glacier trek lasts approximately one and a half hours, allowing you to observe crevasses, moulins (glacier mills), and small lagoons.
