Itinerary

<span>Day 1</span>Welcome to Chile!

Upon arrival at the airport, our local representative will be waiting for you to transfer you to the selected hotel (Driver only - private service).

<span>Day 2</span>Santiago de Chile: City tour & Maipo Vineyards (Full Day)

In the morning, we will begin our tour of Santiago, exploring the contrasts between the historic city center and the modern eastern sector.
 
Our first stop will be the famous Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins Avenue, where we will admire the Presidential Palace of La Moneda, an important part of Chile's history.
 
We will then continue our tour through the city center, passing landmarks like Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral Church, Central Post Office, and City Hall. Next, we will visit Cerro Santa Lucía, a historical site crucial to the city's founding. Afterward, we will explore local recreational areas such as Forest Park, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Lastarria neighborhood.
 
Our journey will conclude in the modern eastern part of the city, including Providencia, Las Condes, and Vitacura, where we will visit Bicentennial Park before returning to the hotel.
 
In the afternoon, we will begin our tour from your hotel and head to the Maipo Valley, known for its Mediterranean climate and ideal conditions for producing exceptional wines.
 
Our first stop will be Viña Undurraga, one of Chile's oldest vineyards and the first to export wines, helping establish Chilean wine's global recognition. We will explore the Aroma Room to enhance our senses and visit Undurraga Park, designed by French landscaper George Henry Dubois, who also designed Santiago's Forest Park.
 
Next, we will visit Rincón Aliwén, a site honoring the Mapuche culture with displays of their figures and worldview. We will tour the vineyards, experience a Calicata to learn about the valley’s terroir, and observe the vinification process.
 
The visit will conclude with a tasting of three reserve wines, and each guest will receive a souvenir glass before returning to the hotel.

<span>Day 3</span>Santiago de Chile: Viña Santa Rita (Half Day)

We will begin our tour from your hotel and head to the Maipo Valley, known for its ideal Mediterranean climate for producing exceptional wines. Our destination is Viña Santa Rita, one of Chile's most significant wineries, where winemaking tradition blends with history, culture, and cuisine.
 
We will take part in the Classic Experience, learning about Chile's viticulture history, starting with a guided tour of the Grape Garden, vineyards, and the storage and bottling plant. We will visit the historic Bodega 1, made of lime and sand, and the famous Bodega de los 120 Patriotas, now a National Monument.
 
Afterward, we will enjoy a reserve wine tasting and have some free time to explore the Andean Museum and the Viña Santa Rita souvenir shop. Finally, we will return to the hotel.

<span>Day 4</span>Santiago de Chile

Today you will have the free day to continue exploring on your own. We suggest you visit Viña del Mar and the neighborhoods of Valparaiso.

<span>Day 5</span>Santiago de Chile - Mendoza

At the appropriate time, we will pick you up and take you to the Santiago bus terminal (Private service - driver only) where you will take your bus from Santiago de Chile to Mendoza (trip duration 07:00hrs). Upon arrival in Mendoza airport, your local guide will be waiting for you to take you to your selected hotel in Chacras de Coria. (Driver only).

<span>Day 6</span>Mendoza: 3 wineries visit (Full Day)

Join our most popular winery tour in Mendoza, where you'll activate your senses with a small group of travelers. This tour includes visits to several wineries, where you'll taste exceptional wines, sample local gastronomy, and enjoy an unforgettable experience, recommended by Destino Argentina.
 
During the tour in Luján de Cuyo, the Cradle of Malbec, you'll explore one of Argentina's best wine regions, known for its breathtaking landscapes of vineyards at the foot of the Andes and along the Mendoza River. Alternatively, you can opt for a tour in Maipú, the first wine-growing area of the province, with its ancient vineyards, fruit orchards, and olive groves.
 
The tour includes visits to three wineries, where you'll learn about the winemaking process, from grape cultivation to the final product, and visit the cellars for tastings. With the guidance of an expert, you'll experience how to appreciate wine with all your senses. The final stop is at a winery surrounded by stunning scenery and the Andes in the distance, where you'll enjoy a traditional lunch paired with exquisite Malbec wines from the region.

<span>Day 7</span>Mendoza: Valle de Uco wineres visit (Full Day)

Join our excursion to Uco Valley, located 115 km from Mendoza, where you'll visit three of the world's most outstanding wineries and enjoy a delicious lunch at a renowned winery restaurant.
 
The Uco Valley is a new wine region known for its high altitude (900 to 1300 meters above sea level), alluvial soils, and sunny climate, which creates ideal conditions for producing high-quality, elegant wines.
 
Accompanied by expert guides, we will explore the heart of this vast region, visiting three wineries. At the first two wineries, you'll tour the facilities, learn about the different winemaking methods, and discover the secrets of the region's terroir, which produces wines with more mineral qualities and acidity.
 
The experience will conclude with a delicious step-paired lunch at another winery, where you'll enjoy the best local wines while taking in the stunning views of the Andes.

<span>Day 8</span>Quebrada del Durazno trekking (Full Day)

We will explore the diverse wonders of Mendoza beyond its renowned wineries! We will discover the breathtaking Andes Mountains, its surrounding villages, roads steeped in history, and stunning landscapes, including the highest peak in the Americas. We will embark on an early morning journey from our accommodation with fellow travelers worldwide. Led by a knowledgeable guide well-versed in Mendoza's history and geography, we will traverse mountain villages like Cacheuta with its relaxing hot springs, Villa Potrerillos offering artisanal crafts and scenic dam views, and Uspallata, a historic town renowned for its culinary delights. We will visit Penitentes ski resort and marvel at the natural wonder of Puente del Inca, part of the UNESCO-listed Inca Road system. At Aconcagua Provincial Park, we will receive a warm welcome from park rangers and insights into native flora and fauna. We will prepare for a trekking adventure, either to Quebrada del Durazno for a 2-hour moderate hike or the easier Mirador trail for stunning views of the 6,962-meter Aconcagua. Staying hydrated and acclimated to the 2,800-meter altitude will be essential. We will enrich our experience with stories like the legend of Aconcagua's mummy, deepening our understanding of local traditions. After immersing in the pristine mountain air and unforgettable vistas, we will return to the city filled with memories and newfound knowledge to share.

<span>Day 10</span>Mendoza - Buenos Aires

At the appropriate time we will pick you up to take you to the Mendoza City Airport. (Driver only). Upon your arrival at the local Jorge Newbery Airport, our local guide to Argentina Pura will be waiting to accompany you to the selected hotel (driver and guide- private service).

<span>Day 11</span>Buenos Aires: Gaucho day (Full Day)

We will explore the countryside of Buenos Aires and learn all about the gauchos and ranch life on the Pampas in an exciting full-day tour that includes visits to a historical rural town and silversmith museum, visits to a ranch, loads of food and wine, dancing, horseback-riding, and a display of gaucho horse skills. We will dive into a completely different world as we travel to San Antonio de Areco, a small town dating back to 1730 known as “the cradle of culture and tradition” in Argentina. Once in Areco, we will visit the Draghi museum, a family-run operation featuring some of the best silversmiths in the world. Upon arrival at El Ombú ranch, we will be greeted with joy by the gauchos and served welcome drinks and some of the best empanadas (local pasties) we will ever eat. We strongly suggest “coming to this tour hungry,” as for lunch, we will be treated to a real Argentinean meat feast featuring the national dish: asado. To wrap up such a wonderful and authentic Argentine experience, one of the gauchos will delight us with a demonstration of how he tames his horse and the confidence they have in each other in an unconventional horse whispering display.

During your day off in Buenos Aires, don't miss the charm of San Telmo, its cobblestone streets and vintage shops. Then, have a coffee at “El Ateneo”, one of the most impressive bookstores in the world. Buenos Aires has a unique rhythm that will captivate you!
