Discover the surreal landscapes of San Pedro de Atacama: the Moon Valley, altiplanic lagoons, the Atacama Salt Flat, the impressive Tatio Geysers and the charming village of Machuca. An experience that combines unique nature, local culture and breathtaking views of the Chilean desert.
Upon arrival at Calama Airport, you’ll be greeted for your Transfer In service. Relax and enjoy the scenic drive as you're taken directly to your hotel.

We'll start our experience from your hotel, exploring the desert's enchanting hues, including the grand Piedras Rojas Lookout, the stunning mountain lagoons of Miscanti and Miñiques, and the expansive Salar de Atacama within the Los Flamencos National Reserve and Laguna Chaxa.
The journey commences at the impressive Piedras Rojas Lookout, showcasing a captivating reddish landscape due to iron oxidation. Continuing, we'll venture to the Altiplano to discover the Miscanti and Miñiques lagoons, nestled over 4,200 meters above sea level, surrounded by towering volcanoes and rich birdlife.
Our route proceeds to Laguna Chaxa, home to a diverse array of flamingos and other avian species, set amidst captivating water mirrors. Before our return, we'll relish panoramic vistas of the Licancabur and Láscar volcanoes and explore Toconao, renowned for its colonial architecture, including the bell tower and Church of San Lucas, designated a National Monument.
Following this visit, we'll commence our journey back to San Pedro de Atacama.

We will begin our experience from your hotel to explore one of the world's most important geothermal fields and visit an interesting typical village of the region.
We will head to the Tatio Geysers, the largest geyser field in the southern hemisphere, where we will enjoy a beautiful sunrise and a refreshing breakfast surrounded by the beauty of the Andes.
We will visit the Rustic Hot Spring, where we can take advantage of the exquisite thermal waters provided by the mountains. Then, we will stop at Machuca, a village of adobe houses (a mix of straw and mud), thatched roofs, and cactus wood, dedicated to tourism, offering local products such as Andean crafts, llama meat, sopaipillas, and empanadas.
We will visit the Church of San Santiago, the patron saint of the town, before returning to the hotel in San Pedro.

At the appropriate time we will pick you up for your hotel to accompany you to Salta Airport where you will continue with your scheduled itinerary.
