Here, it is common to see the condor, which is one of the main attractions of the place, and from the summit of the volcano you can see extensive glaciers. To the south is the paradisiacal nature reserve Laguna del Diamante, home to the majestic Maipo Volcano and reflected in the lagoon, one of Mendoza’s most famous postcards.
Another essential place to visit is the Mirador del Plata, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley. There are also several horseback rides and photographic safaris.
This tourist destination is also famous for its modern architecture, with wineries and wine estancias with a unique and avant-garde design. Among them is the Zuccardi Winery, which has a beautiful view of the valley.
