Itinerary

Day 1Iguazú: Brazilian side of the falls (Half Day)

Transfer from Iguazu Airport to Iguazu hotels (Private service with guide). Then, we will visit the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls.

Upon arrival at the Visitor Center, we must enter through the Access Portal individually, where the Park's carrying capacity is controlled. Then we board the buses that begin the walk inside the park and will take us to the beginning of the walkways whose route will be 1,200 meters of path over the Iguazu River ravine.

At this starting point of the tour, we have a panoramic view of the Argentine falls. Advancing along the route, we will observe the Iguazu River Canyon, the Rivadavia Falls and the Three Musketeers, among others.

Towards the end of the tour we will arrive at the lower viewpoint of the Devil's Throat, which at this point is about 200 meters away. The tour ends next to Salto Floriano, where the elevator that takes us to the bus parking level is installed. The other alternative is to use the path that takes us to this meeting point and which, through stairs, returns us to the parking level of the units. Return to the hotel.

Includes admission to Brazil National Park.
Overnight in Iguazú: Loi Suites Iguazu Hotel or Grand Meliá Hotel.
Meals Included: none.

Day 2Iguazú: Private reserve visit

When we arrive at La Lorenza, we enter a jungle path, abundant in species of plants and birds, and we learn about the yerba mate plant that grows wild in the jungle.

Then, around a circular stove (nice day) or in a typical missionary house (rainy day), we are introduced to the local culture and present our national drink: mate. With our own hands, we made this popular infusion, following the process that Guarani people used to do from the plant to the container. We share the history of this popular drink, the sacred meaning it had for Guarani people, the influence of the Jesuits, the sociology of its consumption and the secret importance it has today for Argentines.

Next, we approached the coast of the Paraná River and got on the kayaks. We paddled across borders about 800 meters to a tributary, the Urugua-í stream. Its calm waters invite us to silence our minds to perceive with all our senses the nature that pulsates around us.

After 1 hour of gentle paddling, we leave the kayaks and start a guided walk through the jungle to the house, where a delicious Laid-Back Lunch (AM)/Early Dinner (PM) and a pleasant chat with the owners of the house await us.

Overnight in Iguazú.

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch.

Day 3Iguazú: Argentinean side of the falls (Full Day)

Departure from the hotel to visit the Argentinian side of the Iguazu Falls, located inside the Iguazu National Park.

We are on our way to the “Central Station” where our option is to take a train service that takes us to the “Cataratas Station” and/or “Devil's Throat Station”. Another way to access the Waterfall Circuits (Upper and Lower Promenade) is through the 600-meter-long “Green Trail” Pedestrian Trail, which starts at the Visitor Care Center and ends at the Cataratas Station.

From this point we can do:

Devil's Throat
Departing from Cataratas Station, the train will take us to Garganta Station, in a time of approx. 18 minutes. The walk along the walkways takes us about 1,200 meters to enjoy the spectacular balcony of the most important waterfall of the Falls, the Devil's Throat.
The time required for this tour is two (2) hours.
Difficulty range: low, no stairs.
Upper Promenade: 1,700 meters of footbridges.
In this circuit, water falls can be seen from the top of the Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, Bernabé Mendez, M'Bigua waterfalls, and others.

Lower Promenade: 600-meter walk of footbridge, with a view from the foot of the

Dos Hermanas and Bosetti falls.
