Explore Argentina on a 10-day family adventure! Discover Buenos Aires’ charm, savor Argentine cuisine, and learn gaucho traditions. Marvel at Patagonia’s glaciers, trek enchanting forests, and soar through Bariloche’s canopy. From vibrant cities to serene landscapes, this journey blends culture, nature, and unforgettable memories in one incredible experience.
After breakfast in the morning, we will discover the Broadway of Buenos Aires! We will explore Corrientes Avenue, one of the city’s most iconic streets, famous for its theatres and pizza shops.
We will taste delicious pizza and beer and indulge in mouth-watering Argentine ice cream during this 2-hour walking tour. In the afternoon, we will dive into Buenos Aires’ immigration history through Italian culinary heritage.
Together, we will make empanadas, Argentina’s most popular street food, and prepare to host an Argentine-themed dinner party. We will also learn to bake alfajores, soft and delicious sandwich cookies filled with dulce de leche—a fun and tasty activity for the whole family.

We will explore the countryside of Buenos Aires and immerse ourselves in gaucho culture and ranch life on the Pampas during an exciting full-day tour. The experience includes visits to a historical rural town, a silversmith museum, and a ranch, with plenty of food, wine, dancing, horseback riding, and gaucho horse skill displays.
On the way to San Antonio de Areco, a charming town dating back to 1730 and known as “the cradle of culture and tradition” in Argentina, we will step into a completely different world. Once in Areco, we will visit the Draghi Museum, a family-run establishment showcasing some of the finest silversmiths in the world.
At El Ombú ranch, we will be warmly welcomed by the gauchos with drinks and some of the best empanadas you’ll ever taste. Come hungry! Lunch will feature a traditional Argentine meat feast with asado, the national dish.
To end the day, one of the gauchos will amaze us with a horse whispering demonstration, showcasing the deep bond between horse and rider.

At the time of departure, according to your air itinerary, we will pick you up at the hotel to take you to Jorge Newbery Airport in the City of Buenos Aires to take your next flight.
It is a half-day excursion, in which you travel in 4×4 vehicles through the cliff sector of Lake Argentino, within the 25 de Mayo nature reserve. This activity offers a historical focus on the passage and contact of the first explorers with the Tehuelches. Ideal to do on the day of arrival or departure.
We will depart from El Calafate on an exciting 4×4 journey along the shores of Lake Argentino and will culminate in the cliff sector in front of it from where you can see the Andes and get magnificent views of the environment.
We will continue our journey to Punta Walichu (archaeological site) where, through a walking tour of approximately 500 m, we will observe and interpret together with the guide the cave paintings that we will see on the rocks and the different techniques that were used to make them.
Finally, we will arrive at one of the caves that is located inside this archaeological area, with breathtaking views of Lake Argentino, we will enjoy a unique lunch/dinner in a natural environment that transports us back thousands of years. After the meal, we will return to our hotel in Calafate.
