Arrival at the airport or bus terminal. Upon arrival you will be accompanied by our guide to your chosen hotel. Free afternoon for self-employed activities. We recommend you visit the Historical Interpretation Centre of El Calafate. Accommodation.
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning we go on an excursion to visit the Perito Moreno Glacier where you can have the best panoramic views of it from Los Glaciares National Park. (We recommend as an optional short sailing on Lake Argentino and if you are an Active Traveler change this excursion for a trekking on the Glacier). Return to the hotel in the afternoon.
Breakfast at the hotel. This day is free to do optional activities such as returning to see the glacier or enjoying the surroundings of the place. At the agreed time they will be taken to the airport or bus terminal to continue their journey. Remember that you can extend your stay in each destination and add or remove services according to your tastes so that we can put together the best itinerary for you.
This tour includes accommodation for 2 nights with breakfast, transfers to and from the airport or bus terminal, and a guided excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier. You’ll also have free time in El Calafate to explore the town on your own or engage in optional activities.
Yes, trekking is possible. During the excursion to Perito Moreno Glacier, you can choose to go on a glacier walk (subject to availability and weather conditions). There is also an optional boat ride on Lake Argentino for those who prefer to enjoy the views without trekking. Consult in advance!
The base price includes accommodation in comfortable, centrally located 3-star hotels, subject to availability. If you prefer, we can upgrade your stay to a 4- or 5-star hotel based on your preferences
The ideal season for visiting the Perito Moreno Glacier is from October to April, when Patagonia’s weather is milder, enhancing the outdoor experience. However, the glacier is accessible year-round, offering unique scenery in each season.
