The main place to visit is the impressive Iguazu Falls, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and considered one of the seven wonders of the world. Here, you can walk along the trails and see the waterfalls from different angles, including the imposing Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat). Also, don’t miss the boat ride on the Iguazú River, where you can get even closer to the waterfalls and enjoy incredible views.

In terms of activities and excursions, you can do everything from bike rides in the Iguazu National Park to guided tours in the subtropical rainforest. Also, you can experience an exciting adventure in the upper and lower circuit of the waterfalls, experience a great adventure or an ecological walk in the water park “Iguazú Jungle”.
Also, if you want to do adventure tourism activities in Puerto Iguazú, they offer canopy or rappel in the jungle. And if you are a nature lover, you cannot miss a visit to the Bird Park with more than 800 species of tropical birds.
For history and culture lovers, we recommend a visit to the Museo Imágenes de la Selva.


To get around, you can use public transport or if you prefer, you can hire a private transport service. Argentina Pura can provide you with a private car.
Regarding gastronomy, you can try the famous “asado de tira”, a grilled meat delicacy. Also, the “empanadas de mandioca” and the “chipá”, a bread made with manioc and cheese.
To sleep, we recommend staying in one of the hotels overlooking the waterfalls, such as the Hotel Loi Suites Iguazú, the Hotel Panoramic or the Hotel Meliá Iguazú. Another option is to stay in cabins or camping sites in the Iguazú National Park.
