Astronomical Tour at the Meteorite Museum, shared service with english-speaking guide
At the designated time, you will make your way to the Meteorite Museum, our meeting point, to participate in an astronomy, planetary geology, and deep space astrophotography experience.
From Tuesday to Sunday, the museum is open, and you can join a guided tour where you'll interact with real meteorites collected from the Atacama Desert, cosmic rocks that narrate the formation processes of our solar system. If the museum is not open or you prefer not to take the tour, you can still see the best pieces on display at the observatory.
Then, using state-of-the-art telescopes, we will explore the deep sky, from planets to galaxies (depending on the time of year), and you will learn to connect the constellations of the southern hemisphere with the help of the guide and a laser pointer. You can keep this experience as a memory in an impressive photo under the stars.
At the end of the experience, a transportation service will take you back to your hotel.
- Duration: approx. 2.5 hours.
- Included: Guided visit to the Meteorite Museum (Tuesday to Sunday), telescope observation, astrophotograph, snack.
- Not included: Transfer from the hotel to the museum.
Note: Please note that in case of clouds or bad weather, the activity will be suspended.
