Onze wandeling begint op de Avenida Corrientes, de Broadway van Buenos Aires, vol theaters, bioscopen en boekwinkels. Proef het Spaanse en Italiaanse erfgoed in emblematische pizzeria's (je zult de lunchdrukte in de beroemde pizzería Guerrin voor zijn) en meng je onder de lokale bevolking in historische cafés. Je bezoekt een van de historische wijken van Buenos Aires: San Telmo! Proef ook de Argentijnse architectuur! De tour laat de gastronomie en architectuur van de wijk zien, op een actieve manier. Leer over de grote Spaanse en Italiaanse invloed die Argentinië heeft geërfd na de grote migratiegolven van 1850-950. Nog nooit heeft een stad zo goed gesmaakt. Tijdens de tour zullen we de gelegenheid hebben om een aantal traditionele Argentijnse snacks te proeven, de beroemde dulce de leche, stoppen voor een heerlijke “choripan” of voor een “milanesa sándwich” in het midden van de tour, we zullen ook een “cafecito porteño” proberen tijdens het bezoek aan de historische café-bar. Today you will be picked up from your hotel to enjoy an authentic day in the countryside at an exclusive estancia in San Antonio de Areco. Argentina is worldwide famous for its football players but also for the vastness of its green-tinted fields best known as La Pampa. That endless land at the edge of the horizon is still home to the descendants of first gauchos (Argentine cowboys) who care and work the land as their ancestors taught them to. Once there, you will enjoy a typical asado (barbecue) before a detox horseback riding in nature or a relaxing bike ride. This day, your guide will also explain to you all secrets about the traditional South American drink, the mate. At the end of the day, you will be driven to your hotel. Duration: 9 hrs. Today you will be picked up at your accommodations in the morning and taken to the Ferry Terminal to embark on the approximately 1-hour ferry ride to Colonia, Uruguay. Upon arrival you will start a guided exploration of the Old City. Colonia del Sacramento, the oldest city in the country, recently declared World Heritage by UNESCO. The past can still be felt, in the city’s cobblestone streets and stone walls. Colonia complements its archaeological values with natural beauty. After an exquisite three-course lunch delivered by El Charco’s renowned chef while overlooking the river, you will head towards Carmelo. Along the way, you will be able to appreciate the region’s fertile fields, ideal for agriculture and livestock production. After acquiring a bit more knowledge on the rich history of this region, we will visit Narbona Lodge for a wine & cheese tasting at the cellar to try the local and renowned grape variety Tannat. At the end of this experience you will be transferred to the port to take your ferry back to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival in Buenos Aires port you will be transferred to your selected hotel. This day you will take your flight to Mendoza, the land of wine. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your charming hotel, Finca Adalgisa (or similar). This winery tour in the Uco Valley, designed by the renowned architectural firm Bórmida & Yanzón, offers a unique exploration of wine and architecture. Located 80 km from Mendoza at the foot of the Andes, visitors will experience stunning landscapes, irrigation systems, and vineyards. The journey begins with a pickup and a brief introduction to Mendoza's wine history, followed by visits to three iconic wineries where the integration of architecture and natural surroundings is highlighted. Guests will learn about sustainable practices in desert gardening, taste various wine varietals, and enjoy a gourmet lunch paired with local wines, all while appreciating the artistic elements that redefine wine culture.

Today we will visit the Valle de Uco region, where we will explore Argentina’s famous wine road; stopping for visits to some of the most important wineries in the region. Accompanied by expert guides we will learn about the production facilities, the different styles of wine-making, the gastronomy and we will also enjoy an unforgettable cooking experience, where you will learn about Argentine cuisine and how to prepare a tasty empanada to culmine the experience with a delicious lunch in a local vineyard.
