A. Contract

A booking is accepted and becomes definite from the date Argentina Pura has received the client’s initial deposit. It is at this point that a binding contract between Argentina Pura and the Client comes into existence. By submitting deposit and personal information, clients agree to our Terms and Conditions. The contract is between Argentina Pura and the Client, being all persons named on the booking form. The person signing the booking form warrants that he/she has full authority on behalf of all the persons whose names appear thereon, and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and accept these conditions.

B. Payment

To secure a booking with Argentina Pura, the client must deposit 50% of the total amount due. The balance of all monies due must be paid to Argentina Pura no later than 45 days before departure. In case of non-payment of the balance by the due date Argentina Pura will treat the booking as cancelled by the Client. In the case of bookings made within 45 days of the departure date, full payment of the balance is due immediately. Payment can either be made by transferring the total amount of the invoice to one of our accounts or by credit card. All wiring and transfer costs or credit card overcharges shall be assumed by the Client.

By making the deposit payment, the client confirms acceptance of the services included in the final confirmation at the price established in the quotation. The total price may increase or decrease in the event of unavailability, upgrade requests, or any modifications to the original booking. Please note that our pricing structure is based on confidential agreements with our trusted hotel and service partners. For this reason, we are unable to provide a line-by-line breakdown of each individual component.

Important: If you choose the “Book Now” option with immediate payment and your trip is scheduled within the next 30 days, especially during peak travel periods such as Christmas, New Year’s, Carnival, Easter Holidays, or to high-demand destinations, please note that services can be requested but are not guaranteed.

To ensure your trip is perfectly arranged and hassle-free, we highly recommend confirming availability with your travel advisor before finalizing your booking. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments and provide you with the best possible experience.

Please also note that immediate payment applies only to land services. Flights must be reserved and paid in full directly with your assigned travel specialist.

C. Changes and Cancellation by the Client

Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by the person signing the booking form. Any costs or charges which we incur or which are incurred or levied by our suppliers as a result of the amendment will be charged to the Client. Whilst every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate changes and additional requests, their availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Argentina Pura in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below, calculated from the day written notification is received by Argentina Pura. In addition to the charges shown below, airlines impose 100% cancellation charges.

In case part of a booking is cancelled, the remaining party may have to pay additional charges (e.g. under-occupancy or single-room supplements). Please note that different cancellation policies will apply for Christmas, New Year and special dates.

D. Flexible Cancellation Options

The following cancellation options are available to the Client upon the payment of a non-refundable fee, which is added to the total price of the trip. This fee, determined at the time of purchase, will vary depending on the specific trip booked and is non-refundable. These cancellation options are linked to the trip and may not be transferred to any other trip or booking.

• Flex Coverage: If the Client opts for the “Flex” coverage, they will pay an additional 5% of the trip price. They may cancel their booking and receive a refund in the form of travel credit for the amounts paid.
• Super Flex Coverage: If the Client opts for the “Super Flex” coverage, they will pay an additional 10% of the trip price. They may cancel their booking and receive a refund in either travel credit or cash.

Additional conditions:

Any refund provided in the form of travel credit will be issued as a voucher, which will be valid for 18 months from the date of issuance.

These cancellation options apply solely to land services and exclude flights. The Client acknowledges that certain services or destinations may be subject to special conditions and exceptions. These include, among others, Antartica Australis, Skorpios, Antarctica XXI, Gran Iberostar Cruise (Amazonas), Fantastico Sur (W Circuits), Rio Serrano, Las Torres, Lago Grey, Explora, Pristine, Awasi, as well as holiday departures such as Christmas and New Year, and destinations like Brazil, where extended New Year and Carnival periods are subject to mandatory super-peak packages and special restrictions. For these cases, conditions will be reviewed individually at the time of booking.

Flexible Cancellation Options are not available for bookings quoted and confirmed as group travel arrangements, as pricing is specifically designed based on the confirmed number of participants. Any modification to the group composition, including cancellations, may affect the pricing and conditions applicable to the remaining travellers in the group.

Please note that cancellation under any Flexible Cancellation Option may be made up to 30 days prior to the trip start date. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to the standard Terms and Conditions.

E. Changes and Cancellation by Argentina Pura

While Argentina Pura will use its best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised, by entering into this contract the Client accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions. Argentina Pura reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices (including flights, accommodation or other arrangements) and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation, and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes. If a major change is known to us, the Client will be told at the time of the booking. If a major change becomes necessary after booking, Argentina Pura will inform the Client as soon as reasonably possible. When a major change is made the Client will have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements, purchasing any other available tour or cancelling the tour and obtaining a refund of the affected services, provided that the major change is not because of force majeure. Force majeure is war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport, changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by an airline, the alteration of airline or aircraft type, or other similar events beyond the control of Argentina Pura. Argentina Pura is not liable for any charges in the event of a change beyond its control to the departure time or date of a tour, flight or other form of transport.

F. Passport, Visa and Vaccinations

It is the responsibility of the Client to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, inoculations and preventive medicines as may be required for the duration of the tour. Information about these matters or related items is given in good faith but without responsibility on the part of Argentina Pura.

G. Illness or Disability

Anyone suffering from illness or disability or undergoing treatment for any physical or medical condition must declare the true nature of such condition at the time of booking and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and result in such persons being excluded from the tour, in which case all monies paid will be forfeit.

H. Travel Insurance

Argentina Pura does not provide such service and prices published at www.argentinapura.com do not include travel insurance. However, Argentina Pura recommends purchasing it through a reputable insurance company.

I. Complaints

If the Client has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements he/she must bring it to the attention of the tour leader or other representative of Argentina Pura at the time so that they may use their best endeavours to rectify the situation. It is only if Argentina Pura is made aware of any problems that there will be the opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will result in the Client’s ability to claim compensation from Argentina Pura being extinguished or at least reduced. Should the problem remain unsolved, a complaint must be made in writing to Argentina Pura within 28 days of the completion of the holiday.

J. Flight Bookings

Argentina Pura will use its best endeavours to ensure that all flight prices are correct at the time that they are quoted. Airlines reserve the right to amend or withdraw fares without prior notice. Once a deposit is paid on an airfare, it guarantees that a booking is being held for you; it does not guarantee the fare. The fare can only be guaranteed when the flight booking has been paid for in full and a ticket has been issued. Flight bookings cannot be transferred. The flight times given by Argentina Pura are for general guidance only and are subject to change. Up-to-date flight times will be shown on the tickets. The Client must check the tickets very carefully immediately upon receipt of the latest timings. Argentina Pura will endeavour to inform the Client as soon as possible in the event of any flight alteration. Details of airlines are also subject to change. Such alterations do not constitute a significant change to the holiday arrangements and the Client will therefore not be entitled to cancel without paying the normal charges as a result. Argentina Pura cannot be held responsible for any delay to your flight, whether this delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, the action of air traffic controllers, airport authorities or (local) governments, the rescheduling of flight times by the airline, mechanical breakdown, strike, industrial action or any other reason.

K. Our Responsibility

Argentina Pura accepts responsibility for ensuring that the holiday which the Client books with them is supplied as described in the final version of the travel program the Client will receive upon arrival and that the services reach a reasonable standard. Argentina Pura acts only in the capacity of an agent upon the legal conditions that, while exercising every possible precaution, it is not responsible for injury, sickness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay, or other irregularities which may be caused either through wilful or negligent acts or omissions made by the companies or individuals providing or engaged in transportation, accommodation or other services related to the accomplishment of the tour, or through natural disasters, social upheavals or other causes.

L. Governing Law
