We will begin our experience by following the route that will show us the nature of which the naturalist Charles Darwin was amazed to travel; the Huillinco, Cucao Lakes and the Pacific Ocean.
The tour includes a visit to the city of Chonchi, known as the “Three-Story City” due to its different slopes, where its World Heritage Church, the Museum of Traditions, the waterfront and artisanal market stand out, and then continue to the lake town of Huillinco where we can see a cemetery of very characteristic houses in Chiloé and its renowned pier.
We will continue the trip, with a visit to Chiloé National Park that includes an attractive hike along the “El Tepual” trail, where we will appreciate the typical Chilote forest. We will also visit the visitor's center where we will learn about the morphology of the area and more about some typical Chiloé tools such as the apple press.
Finally in the afternoon, after an encounter with the Pacific Ocean and its wide beach. We will return to Castro.
Overnight in Isla de Chiloé.
