BELANGRIJKSTE PRINCIPES<\/h3>\n<p>We zetten ons in om onze diensten volgens de hoogste normen te leveren, waaronder het waarborgen van de veiligheid en transparantie van uw persoonlijke gegevens. VERZAMELEN EN VERWERKEN VAN UW GEGEVENS<\/h3>\n<p>De persoonlijke gegevens die we kunnen verzamelen, omvatten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Identificatiegegevens:<\/strong> Volledige naam, geboortedatum, persoonlijke ID-nummers (bijv. paspoort, NIE, DNI), nationaliteit en vervaldata van documenten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contactgegevens:<\/strong> E-mailadres, telefoonnummer en fysiek of fiscaal adres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reisgegevens:<\/strong> Interessante bestemmingen, geschatte reisdata, aantal reizigers, budget en voorkeuren die u met ons deelt om uw reis voor te bereiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We verzamelen ook automatisch bepaalde gegevens wanneer u onze website bezoekt, zoals beschreven in onze <a href=\"https:\/\/argentinapura.com\/nl\/cookies-policy\/\">Cookiebeleid<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gegevens van bijzondere categorie\u00ebn (gezondheid \/ toegankelijkheid).<\/strong> Als u, om uw reis op maat te maken (bijvoorbeeld met het oog op toegankelijkheid, mobiliteit, dieetwensen of medische behoeften), vrijwillig gezondheidsgerelateerde informatie verstrekt, zullen wij deze uitsluitend verwerken op basis van uw <strong>uitdrukkelijke toestemming<\/strong> (Art. 9 AVG), uitsluitend om uw reis te organiseren, en wij zullen deze gegevens alleen met de lokale reisorganisator (paragraaf 6) delen voor zover dit strikt noodzakelijk is om uw reis veilig te laten verlopen. Stuur ons alstublieft geen gezondheidsgegevens, tenzij dit noodzakelijk is voor uw reis.<\/p>\n<p>We verzamelen en verwerken deze gegevens met als doel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Het beantwoorden van uw aanvraag en het opstellen van reisoffertes.<\/li>\n<li>Diensten, producten en relevante informatie aanbieden.<\/li>\n<li>Het versturen van berichten en marketingupdates, voor zover dit is toegestaan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3>5. WETTELIJKE BASIS<\/h3>\n<p>Wij verwerken uw gegevens in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming op basis van een of meer van de volgende gronden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Instemming:<\/strong> U hebt ons uitdrukkelijke toestemming gegeven voor specifieke doeleinden (die u te allen tijde kunt intrekken), waaronder de verwerking van eventuele gezondheidsgerelateerde gegevens die u ons verstrekt.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Noodzaak v\u00f3\u00f3r en tijdens de looptijd van de overeenkomst:<\/strong> Wanneer de verwerking noodzakelijk is om op uw verzoek stappen te ondernemen voordat een overeenkomst wordt gesloten (zoals het opstellen en verstrekken van uw reisofferte) of om een dienst te verlenen in het kader van een overeenkomst met u.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wettelijke verplichting:<\/strong> Wanneer wij wettelijk verplicht zijn om uw gegevens te verwerken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gerechtvaardigd belang:<\/strong> Voor zover dit geen afbreuk doet aan uw privacyrechten, zoals marketing gericht op bestaande klanten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3>6. HET DELEN VAN GEGEVENS EN ONZE LOKALE EXPLOITANT IN ARGENTINI\u00cb<\/h3>\n<p>Voor het samenstellen, offreren en organiseren van reizen in Argentini\u00eb en Zuid-Amerika werkt Argentina Pura samen met een lokale uitvoerende partner, <strong>Say Hueque Patagonia S.R.L.<\/strong>, gevestigd in Buenos Aires, Argentini\u00eb (de \u201clokale exploitant\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer u een aanvraag indient of een offerte aanvraagt, delen wij de benodigde persoonsgegevens met de lokale reisorganisator, zodat deze uw offerte kan opstellen en, indien u besluit door te gaan, uw reis kan organiseren en uitvoeren. Deze gegevensuitwisseling is gebaseerd op het nemen van maatregelen op uw verzoek voorafgaand aan een overeenkomst en\/of op de uitvoering van de diensten waarvoor u een overeenkomst aangaat, en, voor eventuele gezondheidsgerelateerde gegevens, op uw uitdrukkelijke toestemming.<\/p>\n<p>Vanaf het moment dat de lokale operator uw gegevens ontvangt, treedt deze op als een <strong>onafhankelijke verwerkingsverantwoordelijke<\/strong> met betrekking tot de eigen gegevensverwerking in het kader van de offerte, de verkoop en de uitvoering van uw reis, overeenkomstig haar eigen privacybeleid en de toepasselijke wetgeving (Argentijnse wet nr. 25.326 en, indien van toepassing, de AVG).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gegevens die u rechtstreeks aan de lokale exploitant verstrekt.<\/strong> Nadat uw aanvraag is doorgestuurd, kan de lokale operator rechtstreeks contact met u opnemen en aanvullende persoonsgegevens van u verzamelen (bijvoorbeeld tijdens het opstellen van een offerte, het maken van een boeking of tijdens uw reis). <strong>Alle persoonsgegevens die u rechtstreeks aan de lokale exploitant verstrekt, worden door de lokale exploitant als onafhankelijke verwerkingsverantwoordelijke verzameld en verwerkt, op basis van zijn eigen privacybeleid en onder zijn uitsluitende verantwoordelijkheid. Argentina Pura is niet verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens die u rechtstreeks aan de lokale exploitant verstrekt, noch voor de eigen verwerkingsactiviteiten van de lokale exploitant.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We kunnen uw gegevens ook delen met:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dienstverleners die optreden als gegevensverwerkers<\/strong> namens ons (bijvoorbeeld hosting-, CRM-, analyse- en e-mailproviders), op basis van een gegevensverwerkingsovereenkomst.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dienstverleners die nodig zijn om je reis te realiseren<\/strong> (bijvoorbeeld luchtvaartmaatschappijen, vervoersbedrijven, hotels, excursieorganisaties en verzekeraars).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Overheidsinstanties<\/strong> voor zover dit wettelijk vereist is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wij verkopen uw persoonsgegevens niet.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Planningstool van een derde partij (Calendly)<\/h4>\n<p>Onze website bevat een planningsmodule die wordt aangeboden door Calendly LLC (\u201cCalendly\u201d) en wordt beheerd door onze lokale partner (Say Hueque). Als u hiermee een telefoongesprek of een vergadering boekt, worden de gegevens die u invoert (zoals naam, e-mailadres en de door u verstrekte details) via Calendly verzameld en ter beschikking gesteld aan de lokale exploitant, die optreedt als de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor die boeking. Calendly verwerkt deze gegevens als dienstverlener voor de lokale operator en, gedeeltelijk, voor eigen doeleinden, zoals beschreven in de privacyverklaring van Calendly (<a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/legal\/privacy-notice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">calendly.com\/legal\/privacy-notice<\/a>). Calendly is gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten; voor internationale gegevensoverdrachten worden passende waarborgen gehanteerd (het EU-VS-kader voor gegevensbescherming en\/of standaardcontractbepalingen). Deze tool wordt pas geladen nadat u niet-essenti\u00eble cookies hebt geaccepteerd. Argentina Pura is niet verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking door de lokale exploitant of Calendly van de gegevens die u via deze tool verstrekt.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3>7. INTERNATIONALE OVERDRACHTEN<\/h3>\n<p>Het delen van uw gegevens met de lokale exploitant houdt een doorgifte naar Argentini\u00eb in. De Europese Commissie heeft Argentini\u00eb erkend als een land dat een passend niveau van gegevensbescherming waarborgt (passendheidsbesluit 2003\/490\/EG), zodat deze doorgifte rechtmatig is zonder aanvullende waarborgen. Wanneer er een doorgifte plaatsvindt naar een land waarvoor geen adequaatheidsbesluit geldt, passen wij de passende waarborgen toe die door de AVG worden vereist, zoals de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3>8. UW RECHTEN<\/h3>\n<p>U kunt de volgende rechten te allen tijde uitoefenen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Toegang<\/strong> uw persoonlijke gegevens (Art. 15 GDPR)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rechtzetten<\/strong> onnauwkeurige of onvolledige gegevens (art. 16 GDPR)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Wis<\/strong> uw persoonlijke gegevens (art. 17 GDPR)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beperk<\/strong> de verwerking (Art. 18 GDPR)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dataportabiliteit<\/strong> (Art. 20 GDPR)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Object<\/strong> tot verwerking (art. 21 GDPR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Als u toestemming hebt gegeven voor een specifiek doel, kunt u deze toestemming te allen tijde intrekken zonder dat dit gevolgen heeft voor de rechtmatigheid van de verwerking op basis van eerdere toestemming.<\/p>\n<p>Om uw rechten uit te oefenen, kunt u een gemotiveerd en geverifieerd verzoek sturen naar <strong>hola@argentinapura.com<\/strong>.
