Tale condivisione si basa sull\u2019adozione di misure su tua richiesta prima della stipula di un contratto e\/o sull\u2019esecuzione dei servizi da te richiesti e, per quanto riguarda i dati relativi alla salute, sul tuo consenso esplicito.<\/p>\n<p>Dal momento in cui riceve i tuoi dati, l\u2019operatore locale agisce in qualit\u00e0 di <strong>Titolare del trattamento indipendente<\/strong> per quanto riguarda il trattamento dei dati da parte sua ai fini della preventivazione, della vendita e della gestione del viaggio, in conformit\u00e0 con la propria informativa sulla privacy e alla normativa vigente (Legge argentina n. 25.326 e, ove applicabile, il GDPR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dati forniti direttamente all'operatore locale.<\/strong> Una volta inoltrata la tua richiesta, l\u2019operatore locale potrebbe contattarti direttamente e richiederti ulteriori dati personali (ad esempio, in fase di preventivo, prenotazione o durante il viaggio). <strong>I dati personali che l'utente fornisce direttamente all'Operatore locale vengono raccolti e trattati da quest'ultimo in qualit\u00e0 di Titolare del trattamento indipendente, in base alla propria informativa sulla privacy e sotto la sua esclusiva responsabilit\u00e0. Calendly ha sede negli Stati Uniti; i trasferimenti internazionali si basano su adeguate misure di salvaguardia (Quadro normativo UE-USA sulla protezione dei dati e\/o Clausole contrattuali standard). TRASFERIMENTI INTERNAZIONALI<\/h3>\n<p>La condivisione dei tuoi dati con l\u2019Operatore Locale comporta un trasferimento in Argentina. La Commissione Europea ha riconosciuto l\u2019Argentina come paese che garantisce un livello adeguato di protezione dei dati (Decisione di adeguatezza 2003\/490\/CE), pertanto tale trasferimento \u00e8 lecito senza ulteriori garanzie.
