RECOGIDA Y TRATAMIENTO DE SUS DATOS<\/h3>\n<p>Los datos personales que podemos recopilar incluyen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Datos de identificaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Nombre completo, fecha de nacimiento, n\u00fameros de identificaci\u00f3n personal (por ejemplo, pasaporte, NIE, DNI), nacionalidad y fechas de caducidad de los documentos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datos de contacto:<\/strong> Direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y direcci\u00f3n f\u00edsica o fiscal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datos del viaje:<\/strong> Los destinos que te interesan, las fechas estimadas del viaje, el n\u00famero de viajeros, el presupuesto aproximado y las preferencias que nos facilites para organizar tu viaje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n recopilamos determinados datos autom\u00e1ticamente cuando visita nuestro sitio web, tal y como se describe en nuestra pol\u00edtica de privacidad. <a href=\"https:\/\/argentinapura.com\/es\/cookies-policy\/\">Pol\u00edtica de cookies<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Datos de categor\u00edas especiales (salud \/ accesibilidad).<\/strong> Si, con el fin de adaptar tu viaje (por ejemplo, por motivos de accesibilidad, movilidad, necesidades diet\u00e9ticas o m\u00e9dicas), facilitas voluntariamente informaci\u00f3n relacionada con tu salud, la trataremos \u00fanicamente sobre la base de tu <strong>consentimiento expl\u00edcito<\/strong> (Art. 9 del RGPD), con el \u00fanico fin de organizar su viaje, y la compartiremos con el operador local (apartado 6) \u00fanicamente en la medida estrictamente necesaria para llevar a cabo su viaje de forma segura. COMPARTICI\u00d3N DE DATOS Y NUESTRO OPERADOR LOCAL EN ARGENTINA<\/h3>\n<p>Para dise\u00f1ar, presupuestar y organizar viajes en Argentina y Sudam\u00e9rica, Argentina Pura colabora con un socio operativo local, <strong>Say Hueque Patagonia S.R.L.<\/strong>, con sede en Buenos Aires, Argentina (el \u201cOperador local\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>Cuando env\u00edas una consulta o solicitas un presupuesto, compartimos los datos personales necesarios con el operador local para que pueda elaborar tu presupuesto y, si decides seguir adelante, organizar y llevar a cabo tu viaje. Esta cesi\u00f3n se basa en la adopci\u00f3n de medidas a petici\u00f3n suya previas a la celebraci\u00f3n de un contrato y\/o en la prestaci\u00f3n de los servicios que contrate y, en el caso de los datos relacionados con la salud, en su consentimiento expl\u00edcito.<\/p>\n<p>Desde el momento en que recibe tus datos, el operador local act\u00faa como un <strong>Responsable del tratamiento independiente<\/strong> en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos que realiza para la elaboraci\u00f3n del presupuesto, la venta y la gesti\u00f3n de su viaje, de conformidad con su propia pol\u00edtica de privacidad y la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable (Ley argentina n.\u00ba 25.326 y, en su caso, el RGPD).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Datos que facilitas directamente al operador local.<\/strong> Una vez que se haya transferido su consulta, es posible que el operador local se ponga en contacto con usted directamente y le solicite datos personales adicionales (por ejemplo, durante la elaboraci\u00f3n del presupuesto, la reserva o mientras viaja). <strong>Cualquier dato personal que facilites directamente al operador local es recopilado y tratado por este en su calidad de responsable del tratamiento independiente, con arreglo a su propia pol\u00edtica de privacidad y bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad. Argentina Pura no se hace responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales que facilites directamente al operador local, ni de las actividades de tratamiento propias de dicho operador.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n podemos compartir tus datos con:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proveedores de servicios que act\u00faan como encargados del tratamiento de datos<\/strong> en nuestro nombre (por ejemplo, proveedores de alojamiento web, CRM, an\u00e1lisis de datos y correo electr\u00f3nico), en virtud de un acuerdo de tratamiento de datos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proveedores necesarios para llevar a cabo tu viaje<\/strong> (por ejemplo, compa\u00f1\u00edas a\u00e9reas, empresas de traslados, hoteles, operadores tur\u00edsticos y aseguradoras).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autoridades p\u00fablicas<\/strong> cuando as\u00ed lo exija la ley.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No vendemos tus datos personales.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Herramienta de gesti\u00f3n de citas de terceros (Calendly)<\/h4>\n<p>Nuestra p\u00e1gina web incluye una herramienta de gesti\u00f3n de citas proporcionada por Calendly LLC (\u201cCalendly\u201d) y gestionada por nuestro operador local (Say Hueque). Si reservas una llamada o una reuni\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de ella, la informaci\u00f3n que introduzcas (como el nombre, el correo electr\u00f3nico y los datos que facilites) se recopila a trav\u00e9s de Calendly y se pone a disposici\u00f3n del operador local, que act\u00faa como responsable del tratamiento de datos para dicha reserva. Calendly trata estos datos en calidad de proveedor de servicios del operador local y, en parte, para sus propios fines, tal y como se describe en la Pol\u00edtica de privacidad de Calendly (<a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/legal\/privacy-notice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">calendly.com\/legal\/privacy-notice<\/a>). Calendly tiene su sede en Estados Unidos; las transferencias internacionales se realizan con las garant\u00edas adecuadas (Marco de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos UE-EE. UU. y\/o Cl\u00e1usulas Contractuales T\u00edpicas). Esta herramienta solo se carga una vez que aceptes las cookies no esenciales. Argentina Pura no se hace responsable del tratamiento que el operador local o Calendly hagan de los datos que usted facilite a trav\u00e9s de esta herramienta.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3>7. TRANSFERENCIAS INTERNACIONALES<\/h3>\n<p>Compartir sus datos con el operador local implica una transferencia a Argentina. La Comisi\u00f3n Europea ha reconocido a Argentina como un pa\u00eds que garantiza un nivel adecuado de protecci\u00f3n de datos (Decisi\u00f3n de adecuaci\u00f3n 2003\/490\/CE), por lo que esta transferencia es l\u00edcita sin necesidad de garant\u00edas adicionales. Cuando se realiza cualquier transferencia a un pa\u00eds sin una decisi\u00f3n de adecuaci\u00f3n, aplicamos las garant\u00edas adecuadas exigidas por el RGPD, como las cl\u00e1usulas contractuales tipo de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3>8.
